RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

At E & G Packaging Services, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our custom printing products and services. If you receive a product that doesn’t meet your order specifications, please follow our return, replacement, and refund policy:

1. Contact Us Promptly:

Please reach out to us at returns@egpackagingservices.com within 3 business days of receiving your order if you believe there is an issue. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or credits. However, if we are responsible for an error or if the product is found to be defective, we will gladly reprint your original order. The decision regarding defects will be at the discretion of our management.

2. Submission of Proof:

To request a reprint, you must provide digital photos or proofs documenting the product defect. Additionally, you are responsible for returning the full quantity of the original order to us at your own expense within 3 business days of receiving the original order. Please note that expedited order processing fees are non-refundable.

3. Work in Progress:

If any work has been initiated by E & G Packaging Services upon order acceptance, such as dieline design, artwork design, artwork modifications, structural design, or sample creation, a refund can be issued within 7 working days after deducting the cost of the work done by E & G Packaging Services and any transaction fees incurred from the original order. If no work has commenced upon order acceptance, the complete amount will be refunded within 7 working days after deducting the transaction fees.

4. Timely Communication:

It is essential that you initiate a refund request within 3 business days from your last email or written communication to you. No refunds will be provided if we haven’t received a request within this timeframe.

5. Time Limit:

Please be aware that after 3 business days of the product’s arrival, we cannot replace, refund, or accept returns.

6. Exclusive Liability:

If we decide to replace products or issue a refund or credit, such actions will represent our entire, sole, and exclusive liability related to that order, and it will be your sole and exclusive remedy.

7. Credit/Debit Card Disputes:

In the event of a credit/debit card dispute, you agree that E & G Packaging Services may authorize a third-party vendor to handle and resolve the dispute on our behalf. This may involve providing the vendor with certain information, and you consent to this process. If a dispute is found to be fraudulent, you agree to reimburse E & G Packaging Services for expenses incurred during the resolution process, including bank and attorney’s fees.

PAYMENT, ORDER PLACEMENT & CANCELLATIONS

  • Pricing and Currency: All prices quoted by our customer service team are in United States Dollars (USD). Payments for orders are to be made in U.S. dollars ($).
  • Payment Requirement: We will commence work on your printing jobs or other services only after we receive full payment, including all charges, taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or an authorized payment method on our website.
  • Proof Acceptance: As part of the order placement process, customers are required to approve the electronic file proof of the printing products or services. Once approved, the printing job is sent to production, and no further changes are permitted.
  • Order Withdrawal: If you wish to withdraw your order after proof approval, you have 24 hours to do so. A minimal cancellation charge will apply before processing.
  • Cancellation After Approval: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of acceptance for printing, and a 10% cancellation fee will be imposed to cover pre-press work and financial costs. Orders canceled beyond the 24-hour deadline cannot be guaranteed, and 25% of the total order amount will be charged to cover printing costs.
