At E & G Packaging Services, we want to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience for our valued customers. Please review our Production, Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand the details of your order processing, delivery options, and potential delays.
Order Processing:
Production and printing turnaround times commence once we receive and approve your uploaded artwork/files, and you have given your consent to the press-ready and final specifications proof. A full payment, inclusive of shipping and handling fees, must be made.
During the order placement process, you can select your preferred production speed, which indicates the number of business days required to print and package your order for shipment. Your approval of the proof is crucial and should be provided within 24 hours.
While we make every effort to process and ship your orders promptly, E & G Packaging Services will not be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from shipping or delivery delays. Factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, shipping company delays, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, are exempt from our responsibility.
In case of delays caused by technical problems stemming from equipment failure during the printing process, we will refund expedited charges. Please note that orders cannot be canceled due to delays in the printing process.
Customs Duties and Fees:
Customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees associated with the shipment of goods to their respective locations. For international shipments, the responsibility for clearing customs rests with the customer. In some cases, we offer free 6-9 business days ground shipping to one location per order within the USA, UK, and Canada, with no quantity or weight limitations. Additional destinations may incur extra shipping charges.
We do not guarantee shipping and delivery transit times and are not liable for any delays, loss, damage, or theft of printed products during the shipping and delivery process. E & G Packaging Services bears no responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipping. Claims for lost or damaged shipments can be filed after 20 days from the package shipment date.
Delivery Timeframe:
Upon confirmation of your order payment, your order will proceed to production, which includes manufacturing and quality inspection and typically takes 5 working days.
We will use DHL, UPS, or another third-party shipping method with standard delivery services, which usually entail a 6-9 working day delivery period. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order at your doorstep within 14 working days from the confirmation of your order payment.
Shipping and Delivery Options:
- We provide various shipping options. In some instances, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and oversee the shipping of your products.
Free Shipping:
- Free shipping is available for all orders within the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping; however, the free standard 6-9 day shipping does not apply to international orders.
Customs Information:

Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties, over which we have no control. You are responsible for complying with the applicable laws in your country and for any associated costs and taxes.
Order Delays:
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will promptly inform you and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
